Construction Project Planning & Bidding (Pre-Construction)
As it is the case with all worthwhile ventures, Construction Project success relies on proper planning and the decisions made prior to Deployment. Based on experience and current market conditions, we perform the arithmetic required to assemble a comprehensive Construction Services Proposal with all hard and soft costs required. We orchestrate multiple sub-contractor and vendor estimates to reach the highest level of value and mitigate scheduling conflicts. We commit to aligning the Construction Project to your budget and to ultimately exceed your expectations.
Construction Project Deployment (Construction)
We command and direct your Construction Project with reputable sub-contractors and vendors; working as a unified, responsible team. We ensure a safe working environment through active safety measures and policies. We utilize powerful cloud-based project management systems to maintain control of the Construction Project and properly adhere to schedules, identify and correct deficiencies, monitor budgets, generate comprehensive reports and more.
Construction Project Closure (Post-Construction)
The final walk-through, with presentation of warranties and final invoices, is an enjoyable experience due to our commitment to always finish strong. As a company, we believe we are only as good as our last Project and we rely on Client testimonials to acquire the next ones.
