Glamour Gains – Studio Suites

Glamour Gains Studio Suites new second location. Communication and attention to details ensured we helped new Tenant meet her business expansion goals on time and on budget. Our team gave suite #106, at the Flamingo Professional Center, a much needed renovation and repair of all finishes and fixtures. We modified the floorplan, plumbing and electrical so Tenant may offer ten (10) private salon suites at her new expansion venture.

Better Health Nevada

Tenant Improvement for new general medical practitioner in Las Vegas. Scope of Work included all new finishes, restroom fixtures and new reception counter. Completed in less than two weeks; well ahead of schedule and within budget.

Best Mortgage 4 U

Quick and easy Tenant Improvement Project to revitalize an existing office space for new Tenant. Scope of Work included the reconfiguration of the Break Room to accommodate one new Private Office; this included framing, drywall, fire safety and electrical work. All new finishes with Luxury Vinyl Plank floors, paint and wallbase.

138° Restaurant

Complete remodel and rebrand of Henderson local’s favorite restaurant. Improved bar, dining room, restrooms and private venue rooms with new banquets, millwork, vented fireplace, dry agers, lighting, audio system and finishes. New exterior dining area with pergola structure, heaters, misters, lighting and audio system. Expansion of Kitchen with new food preparation area. Skybox Construction worked diligently with City Planners, Building Department and the SNHD to assure a successful and prompt remodel with minimal down-time.
