Founded in 2017 by life-long Las Vegas Valley locals with the Mission of being the Great Boutique General Contractor of Southern Nevada. Our agile and responsible team combines years of experience in the construction, design and project management fields.

In 2023 we expanded into Facility Maintenance Services with our Service Division. We bring the same level of commitment, follow-through and communication that has made us a unique success in Tenant Improvements and Residential Remodels to Commercial Property Maintenance.
